Yanks Stumble In Anaheim

When you're leading 5-1 in the 5th with Joba Chamberlain on the mound, you should win, right? Well, that's how it should've gone for the Yanks, but unfortunately, it did not. Errors and Joba's ineffectiveness in the 5th were the culprits on Friday night in Anaheim...

A-Rod made a key error in the 5th...Jeter made a key error in the 7th--both were costly...

Joba had yet another start where he could'nt give the Yankees enough innings...

The Yanks drop the first game of the 3 game series in Anaheim...

Additional Notes:

Alex Rodriguez had a home run...Derek Jeter had 4 hits...

Melancon and Bruney could have been better in relief...

Today, Andy Pettitte takes the hill...

Let's Go Yanks!!!!!
