Rangers Edge Yanks 4-2

Andy Pettitte just didn't have his best stuff Wednesday night at the stadium. He walked 6 and gave up 4 runs in 5 innings....The 3 runs he gave up in the 1st basically sealed the Yankees' fate in this one, since their offense couldn't solve Rangers starter Scott Feldman...he allowed only 2 runs in 6 1/3 innings against the Yanks...

The Yankees dropped the 2nd game of the 3 game series to the Rangers 4 - 2.

Additional Notes:

Though it made no difference to the outcome of the game Brett Tomko was impressive for the Yanks in relief of Pettitte...he threw 3 scoreless innings...

Jorge Posada had a solo home run...Nick Swisher had 2 hits and an rbi...

Tomorrow Chien-Ming Wang returns to the starting rotation...

Let's Go Yanks!
