Not The Start Yanks Were Looking For In Boston

The Yankees will beat the Red Sox this season--of that I'm certain...I just wish they'd hurry up already...Tonight in Boston they lost their 6th consecutive game against the Sox--and were shut out no less...

The Yanks just couldn't hit Beckett and unfortunately the Red Sox found A.J. Burnett eminently hittable...

Losing 7-0 to their arch rivals was not the way they wanted to open up the 3-game series at Fenway Park...

Additional Notes:

It was the first time this season that the Yankees were shut out--figures it would be at the hands of the Red Sox...

Burnett just isn't exhibiting the dominant pitching prowess against the Sox that he showed last season...On Tuesday night he allowed 3 earned runs on 5 hits and lasted just 2 2/3 innings...

Tomorrow, Chien-Ming Wang takes the hill...hopefully he'll be ready...

Let's Go Yanks!
