Yankees Finally Come Back

Well, they did it! After a two-game drought, the Yankees finally came back. This time Joe Girardi was back in the dugout, and Melky Cabrera returned to the game after a two-game suspension. Of course, Chien-Ming Wang's 6 innings of shutout work helped.

Matsui got a total of three hits, including a 2-run homer in the 4th inning.

Joba Chamberlain held the Rays at bay in the 7th and 8th innings, reaching 101 m.p.h. on his fastball.

Enter Mariano Rivera, who struck out two out of three players in the 9th inning, saving the win for Wang.
